Dirty Sexy Money 2x05 - The Verdict Nola Lyons worries aloud that her dalliances with Jeremy will ruin her career... as they bathe together. Lisa shows off her new gallery to Nick, who is terribly proud and totally unaware that Jeremy Darling is the secret silent partner. Nick and Nola meet with the judge, and Nick is accused of witness tampering. Because of tricky phone records, Nick's mom's earlier statement is allowed as evidence. While leaving the judge's office, Nick accuses Nola of seeing Jeremy on the sly. Tripp gives Patrick a list of possible Chiefs of Staff, many of whom are older than Tripp, himself. Karen visits Nick's office to gush about her upcoming wedding to Simon, and Nick (again) reminds her that Simon is using her for a stake in Darling Enterprises. She asks Nick to tell Tripp about the nuptials so she doesn't have to. Nick and Tripp decide to pull Karen's shares in the company to keep it safe from Simon. Karen receives papers detailing her estrangement as she samples cakes with Simon and plans for their engagement party.
